Mango Mastani

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Mango Mastani – Delicious Mango drink prepared with Almond milk and loaded with a variety of crunchy nuts. Perfect for the summer season.

It’s that time of the year where every market will be loaded with fresh and juicy mangoes. I never liked mangoes as a kid when everyone in my family fight for the gooey flesh around the seed. I always looked them as crazy ones fighting and arguing for such a fruit. I am a mango hater but then now, I am a mango lover. I happened to eat this King of Fruits based on compulsion from my team members, 6 years back. My friend, SAN, brings us a bag of mangoes straight from his fields and it was predefined snack during every summer season. Since then, I tasted the fruit, I am in love with this mango, of all varieties. The freshness and juiciness of Mango will take to the heaven.

When it is summer, I made sure for the last couple of years to experiment every possible recipe with mango and indulge myself in. Mango Mastani is my go-to drink during summer evenings, especially when I crave for sweet. It’s a quick and a delicious drink which can be prepared in a minute.

Here you go for the recipe

Ingredient:

  • 3 ripe Mangoes, cubed
  • 3 cups Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A handful of nuts (almonds and pistachios)

Method

  • In a blender, add mangoes, milk, sugar, salt, and cardamom powder. Blend them well
  • Garnish with a handful of chopped nuts
  • Serve chilled with a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream
  • I prefer to enjoy the drink without vanilla ice cream

If you try the recipe (which I highly recommend personally), do let me know how they tasted in comments. If you like space, do like and follow my profile at here – Facebook, Google, Instagram

Thanks,

Karthi
